Votorantim in São Paulo, Brazil seeks a Foreign Trade Specialist to coordinate import/export activities across the region, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and smooth international logistics.

You will serve as the focal point for ILS, oversee procedure governance and certification initiatives including AEO in South America, and drive process improvements with internal tools like the Freight Calculator.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate foreign trade activities related to import and export across the region.
• Act as the focal point for ILS (International Logistics System) ensuring tracking and visibility of shipments.
• Maintain and update foreign trade procedures and documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Lead and support international trade certification initiatives, including AEO certification in South America.
• Coordinate the implementation of regulatory changes related to foreign trade operations and DUIMP in Brazil.
• Develop and maintain internal tools to support international logistics operations (e.g., Freight Calculator).
• Support analysis and monitoring of foreign trade and logistics KPIs to identify improvements.
