Job Description

Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

In this role you will be assisting the Hotel Operations Manager with the daily operation of the Cafe and Dining services as well as Conference and Events. Leading the Food & Beverage team to deliver excellent & consistent service. Managing guest complaints and enquiries, ensuring you are guest focused at all times.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience with senior responsibilities in Food & Beverage Service.
• LCQ Certificate
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality is a bonus
• Strong leadership skills
• Efficient in service procedures
• Creative and quick thinker
• Effective time management, communication and problem solving skills
• Flexible to work early or late shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Customer focused & team player
