Nortal is seeking a FinOps Markets Associate to join our LATAM remote team. You will validate, analyze, and monitor financial flows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation.

The role focuses on reconciling transactional flows, reviewing automated results, meeting SLAs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, while leveraging advanced Excel/Sheets, SQL, and BI tools. English fluency is required to engage with US clients.

Qualificações

• Advanced student of Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL/BI skills a plus.
• Experience in auditing, reconciliations, or finance/operations is a plus.
• Advanced English required for US client communication.

This role is ideal for someone analytical and passionate about problem-solving and efficiency.How your day-to-day work will look like: Execute the processes to reconcile the full transactional flows of the company, ensuring their proper recording and compliance with audit processes. Execute the processes to review the automated reconciliation results, analyzing discrepancies and identifying and reporting potential issues related to them. Ensure all the processes are executed according to the committed SLAs. Identify, report, analyze, and resolve discrepancies detected during the reconciliation process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.This would make you the ideal candidate: Advanced student of Accounting, Economics, or a related field. High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle large datasets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights. Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, with the ability to handle large data sets and compile clear, actionable reports; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus. Experience in internal/external auditing, business assurance, reconciliations, or Finance/Operations roles in multinational companies is a PLUS. Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients.
