Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG) is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to support month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc analysis. The role partners with operational leaders and reports to the VP of FP&A, driving scalable FP&A processes and insightful financial reporting.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, owning key financial analyses, budgeting, and forecasting models across sales, labor, and operating expenses.

Who you are:
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager will support all aspects of the financial planning and analysis function, including month-end reporting, forecasting, annual budgeting, and ad hoc financial analysis. You are data-driven. You have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and are able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with operational leaders and cross-functional teams, and will report to the VP of FP&A.
