The Finance Manager / Controller will play a central role in consolidating the finance function and supporting the sustainable growth of both local and regional operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Partner with the CFO in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
  • Treasury Management: Lead cash flow, funding, FX operations, financial investments, and banking relationships. Ensure liquidity and capital efficiency, mitigating risks and optimizing treasury processes.
  • Accounting & Compliance: Support monthly financial closing, ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and BR GAAP. Prepare, review, and deliver both local and international financial reports (HQ). Oversee regulatory and compliance submissions (Bacen, CADOCs, PI, SPI, STR, etc.) in partnership with external auditors and consultants.
  • Process Optimization & Strategic Projects: Drive automation initiatives, system integrations, and process improvements across finance operations. Contribute to strategic projects, including M&A activities and system transformations. Guarantee efficiency and accuracy across AP, AR, and controlling processes.
  • Leadership & Business Partnership: Act as a technical and operational reference for the finance team. Foster collaboration across departments, embracing new responsibilities as the business evolves. Engage with senior leadership to ensure finance contributes to overall company strategy.
Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Strong background in FP&A, treasury, and controllership, preferably in fintech, payments, or digital banking.
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling and scenario analysis).
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with regulatory accounting and Bacen compliance is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Languages: Advanced English (mandatory, or strong willingness to communicate actively in English). Spanish (desirable).
