Responsável por modelagem financeira, forecasting e conformidade com IFRS, GAAP e normas fiscais brasileiras, contribuindo para o crescimento sustentável da empresa e a tomada de decisões com base em dados.

Qualificações

• Mentalidade analítica para reconciliações e KPIs financeiros.
• Habilidade de comunicar informações financeiras complexas para a gestão.
• Domínio de Excel para modelagem, forecasting e controle de custos.
• Conhecimento de finanças, controle interno e conformidade regulatória brasileira.

Responsabilidades

• Implementar controles internos alinhados com normas brasileiras (IFRS, US GAAP).
• Assegurar relatório financeiro preciso, monitorar custos e analise de variação.
• Construir modelos financeiros e previsões ligados a KPIs de negócio.
• Conduzir FP&A para responder sobre rentabilidade e investimentos.
• Otimizar estruturas de custos e impulsionar lucratividade.

About the Role

We're looking for a data-minded Financial Controller that can establish accurate financial controls, optimizes costs, ensures compliance, and drives strategic financial decision-making at Credix. This position bridges operational excellence with forward‑looking financial strategy. The Financial Controller will be instrumental in ensuring financial transparency, operational efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and strategic alignment, allowing Credix to make data‑driven decisions on growth investments, pricing, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Implementing strong internal controls aligned with Brazilian regulatory and tax requirements (IFRS, US GAAP).
• Ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost tracking, budget adherence, and variance analysis.
• Building financial models and forecasts that tie company KPIs to unit economics and growth initiatives.
• Leading FP&A analytics to answer critical questions: What drives profitability? Where should we invest? What's our path to profitability?
• Optimizing cost structures and driving profitability.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Cost Control, or similar finance roles.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Analytical mindset with experience in cost management, expense tracking, and profitability analysis.
• Knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations, IFRS, GAAP, and financial compliance requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Tech‑savvy with experience using SQL, Python, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), or financial automation tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations.
• Process‑driven, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Previous experience in fintech, credit, lending, or financial services is a strong advantage.
