Sibelco's Global Graduate Programme offers a two‑year finance rotation starting in Jarinu, Brazil. It includes real projects, two one‑year assignments, and a permanent contract from day one.

You will join cross‑functional teams and gain exposure to strategic finance initiatives across South America. As a Finance Transformation Analyst, you’ll collect data, build dashboards, and drive process improvements while collaborating with Operations, Commercial, and IT.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Admin, Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and data analysis skills; Excel required.
• High proficiency in English and Portuguese (Brazil).
• Curiosity, adaptability and learning agility.
• Interest in transformation and cross-functional work.
• Driver's license is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support decisions.
• Support Finance projects: integration planning, SAP tracking, TSA, KPI monitoring.
• Develop dashboards and regional management reports for Finance leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements across Finance and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT and HR to drive transformation.

Job Description

Graduate Programme – Finance Transformation Analyst Location: Brazil, Jarinu. The Global Graduate Programme – A Fast-Track to Leadership The Sibelco Global Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate the careers of promising individuals. It is a two-year rotational programme consisting of two one-year assignments in key operational and commercial roles, providing hands‑on experience with real business projects and early exposure to strategic decision‑making. Participants are offered a permanent contract from the start, ensuring long-term career prospects within Sibelco. As part of this programme, we are recruiting a Graduate Finance Transformation Analyst to support strategic Finance initiatives across South America. Graduates must also be open to spending part of the programme in a different location from this initial one in Jarinu.

Your Impact in This Role

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data to support business decisions
• Supporting Finance Project activities: integration planning, SAP implementation tracking, TSA execution, and KPI monitoring
• Developing management dashboards and performance reports for regional Finance leadership
• Identifying and implementing process improvements across Finance and cross-functional teams
• Collaborating with Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, and HR to drive transformation projects

What You Bring to the Table

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset and data analysis skills (Excel proficiency required)
• High proficiency in English and brazilian.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and learning agility
• Interest in transformation and the ability to work across functions
• A driver's license is a plus
