Finance Supervisor - North America

Kenvue Supply Chain Finance is recruiting for a Finance Supervisor located in Sao Jose Dos Campos or São Paulo, Brazil.

The Supply Chain Finance team manages the financial aspects of the company's supply chain, including sourcing, production, and delivery. Responsibilities include managing costs, mitigating risk, and optimizing performance across the supply chain. The role involves close collaboration with other departments to ensure financial considerations are integrated into supply chain decisions, analyzing data, reporting on performance metrics, developing financial strategies, and implementing cost-saving plans.

The Lead Financial Analyst will develop and execute financial strategies to optimize supply chain performance, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage costs, risks, and efficiency. The role requires effective communication, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills.

What You Will Do

The Lead Financial Analyst may be responsible for:

• Leading business planning, forecasting, month-end closing, and variance analysis for Supply Chain Spend.
• Preparing management review decks and communicating insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize supply chain value chain aspects.
• Business partnering with Tax, Compliance, Supply Chain, and Leadership Teams.
• Providing strategic analytic support and sharing best practices.
• Partnering with finance leadership to monitor financial performance.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Keeping abreast of market trends and key indicators.
• Building transparent partnerships with key finance teams.
• Sharing best practices and focusing on process improvement and standardization.
• Participating in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Management.
• At least 6 years of finance or related experience, preferably in Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with Cost and Inventory accounting.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Ability to define problems, analyze data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and implement process improvements.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience as a finance or business partner.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Background in compliance.
