Finance Supervisor - North America

Kenvue Supply Chain Finance is recruiting for a Finance Supervisor located in Sao Jose Dos Campos or São Paulo, Brazil.

The Supply Chain Finance team manages the financial aspects of the company's supply chain, including sourcing, production, and delivery. Responsibilities include managing costs, mitigating risks, and optimizing performance across the supply chain. The team works closely with other departments to ensure financial considerations are integrated into supply chain decisions, analyzing data, reporting on performance metrics, developing strategies, and implementing cost-saving plans.

The Lead Financial Analyst will develop and implement financial strategies to optimize supply chain performance, working with various departments and stakeholders to manage costs, risks, and efficiency. The role requires effective communication, team leadership, and strategic decision-making skills.

What You Will Do

The Lead Financial Analyst may be responsible for:

• Leading business planning, forecasting, month-end closing, and variance analysis for Supply Chain Spend.
• Preparing management review decks and communicating insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize the supply chain value chain.
• Partnering with tax, compliance, supply chain, and leadership teams.
• Providing strategic analytical support and sharing best practices.
• Partnering with finance leadership to monitor financial performance.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Staying updated on supply chain market trends and key indicators.
• Building transparent partnerships with finance teams.
• Sharing best practices and focusing on process improvement and standardization.
• Participating in special projects and performing other duties as needed.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Management.
• At least 6 years of finance or related experience, preferably in supply chain.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in cost and inventory accounting.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Ability to analyze problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and recommend process improvements.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Business Intelligence Tools.
• Experience as a finance or business partner.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Compliance background and experience.
