Join our extraordinary team today! We are seeking a Finance Manager for our NA Commercial organization, supporting North America Commercial Brands and functions. This role involves financial reporting, analysis, and coordination of forecasts and budgets, with a hybrid schedule based in our Brazil facility located in Jundiai.

Your Impact

• Manage the budget and forecast process for Selling and Marketing areas for NA Brands, including trend and variance analysis.
• Manage the budget and forecast process for NA Marketing support areas, including trend and variance analysis.
• Prepare, analyze, report, and manage monthly OPEX variances to budget and forecast.
• Prepare FTE reporting and analysis; provide guidance on potential cost efficiencies.
• Support month-end close processes; liaise with non-financial personnel; develop and report KPIs.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• MS Office Suite expertise (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving skills and independent thinking.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all management levels and functions.
• Knowledge of or exposure to commercial operations.
• SAP and/or OneStream knowledge preferred.
