Credit Senior Financial Analyst:

This role focuses on structuring credit by brands, aligning with company needs and strategies. It emphasizes attention to Wholesale and relationships with Dealers and End Customers, ensuring agility in credit releases, cash flow management, financial performance analysis, and supporting the financial sustainability of the network. The position requires increasing autonomy for rapid decision-making, including negotiations with Dealers, Dealership Network Owners, and Financial Agents. Responsibilities include credit feasibility analysis, financial risk assessment, network inventory control, and providing robust support to the Dealership network, Financial Agents, and related commercial areas.

Your Impact

• Managing credit processes.
• Negotiating with the dealer network.
• Training the network on credit operations, financing lines, portfolio, fund, and BDLL.
• Managing reports and ensuring compliance with AGCO policies.
• Focusing on results to maintain the financial health of the dealer network and facilitating credit negotiations.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Word.
• Advanced English for global reporting.
