Job Description

Consolidation and Reporting

• Oversee the financial consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of consolidated financial statements.
• Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems and processes.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and analyses for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary finance point of contact for business unit leaders and key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication between finance and other departments.
• Present financial information and insights to non-financial audiences in a clear and impactful manner.

Business Partnering

• Provide financial support and guidance to business units in decision-making processes.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business planning.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Qualifications
