A leading life sciences company is seeking a Medical Field Service Engineer to install and maintain technical equipment at customer sites. The role requires 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and very good English proficiency, with global travel up to 70%. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site repairs and ensuring equipment compliance with specifications.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of experience in a Medical Field Service Engineer role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in calibration and repair of medical equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 70%.

Responsabilidades

• Installation, removal, and relocation of technical equipment.
• Verify equipment compliance with specifications and standards.
• Conduct on-site repairs to resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Guide customers through problem-solving steps.
• Guide customers through problem-solving steps and provide remote assistance for issue resolution.
• Prioritize and schedule field service activities based on urgency and business impact.
• Plan and execute on-site corrective maintenance, equipment upgrades, and preventive maintenance to ensure continuous customer operations.

• Prioritize and schedule field service activities based on the urgency and business impact of customer requests.
• Plan and execute on-site corrective maintenance, equipment upgrades, and proactive preventive maintenance to ensure continuous customer operations.
• Perform scheduled on-site interventions to maintain equipment functionality and prevent potential disruptions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Field Service Engineer
• Min 2 years of experience in calibration, repair, validation, qualification for equipment (Medical device / Pharma )
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Availability to travel globally 70%
