HR Focus in Singapore is seeking a technically adept pre- and post-sales support professional to join our team. You will stage, configure and test security and networking equipment, and provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.

You will conduct POC, UAT, demonstrations and system health checks, manage escalations, and prepare service reports. Travel to customer sites across Singapore will be required to ensure project success.

Qualificações

• Singaporean with Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or related field.
• 2+ years hands-on technical experience.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, networking and switching.
• Experience in security systems, system integration or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with good communication skills.
• Willing to travel to customer sites across Singapore.

Working Location: Near Braddell MRT /North-South MRT (Red Line)

Salary : Upto $5000 (depend on experience)

Your Role

• Stage, configure and test security & networking equipment
• Perform system commissioning, upgrades and troubleshooting

What We’re Looking For

• Singaporean , Diploma/Degree om Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or related field

• 2+ years' hands-on technical experience

• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, networking and switching

Advantage: CCTV/VMS, Access Control, server/Windows experience, POC/UAT/FAT, vendor certifications , Class 3 driving licence.
