Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited seeks a skilled professional to lead the maintenance and safety management of large-scale energy storage systems in Brazil. You will organize maintenance teams, conduct safety risk assessments, and optimize equipment performance through data analysis.

The role requires English as a working language, overseas project experience preferred, and a strong background in AC/DC operation and maintenance. Local work permit is advantageous.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in power engineering or related field.
• Solid theoretical knowledge of power systems and practical experience in AC/DC operation and maintenance.
• Familiar with EHS requirements of overseas power stations and strong safety awareness.
• Hold the relevant special operation qualification certificate.
• 3+ years experience in commissioning, operation and maintenance of energy storage power stations; able to guide faults.

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for the maintenance and management of the BESS area and keep the site in good order.
• Organize technical personnel at all levels to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Perform safety risk assessments and implement safety precautions for energy storage systems.
• Monitor and analyze equipment operation data to optimize system performance.
• Participate in emergency response and drill plans for the energy storage project.

• Be responsible for the maintenance and management of BESS area, keep the site in good order, implement various safety technical measures, and organize technical personnel at all levels to carry out preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
• Safety risk assessment, implementation of safety precautions and safety operation of energy storage system.
• Analyze and summarize the faults in BESS area, and give the optimization scheme and the rectification scheme of batch problems.
• Monitor and analyze the data of equipment operation, optimize the system performance and improve the equipment operation quality.
• Participate in the formulation of emergency response plan and exercise plan of energy storage project and organize emergency exercises regularly
• Investigate and analyze EHS accidents and serious violations, formulate improvement action plans and promote their implementation
• Manage the maintenance, operation, EHS, business and logistics of the energy storage power station in an all-round way to ensure the realization of the annual operation index and no major personal and equipment accidents
• Be responsible for docking owners, operation and maintenance service providers, local power grids, government agencies and other relevant cooperative units to establish good cooperative relations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major in power system, electrical automation, power engineering and high voltage technology，those with rich experience can relax the requirements appropriately
• Have solid basic theoretical knowledge of power system and rich practical experience in AC and DC operation and maintenance
• Familiar with EHS requirements of overseas power stations and have strong safety awareness
• Hold the relevant special operation qualification certificate required by the industry.
• Have more than 3 years experience in commissioning, operation and maintenance of energy storage power station, and can guide and deal with faults of basic electrochemical energy storage power station.
• English as work language
• Overseas work experience preferred, project management experience preferred; local work permit available;
