Qualificações

  • Technical degree or diploma in Electrical/Electromechanical/electronics fields with active CFT registration.
  • Intermediate knowledge of plant equipment and systems; able to read drawings and flows.
  • Advanced knowledge of safety, procedures, and occupational health standards.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and methods.
  • Experience with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
  • Valid Category B driver's license (mandatory).
  • Team-oriented with dedication and focus to work in a team.
  • Preferred: basic technical English; training in GE inverters, Soltec Trackers, or SCADA.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician I to join our team in Areia Branca, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining the operational continuity of our plants, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and availability of the equipment and systems that power the energy of the future.

Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure the operational continuity, safety, and availability of the power plants under your responsibility.
  • Contribute to the performance and integrity of power plant equipment and systems.
  • Maintain operational and maintenance records, promoting standardization and the safe execution of activities.
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance processes across the company’s power plants.
  • Propose, implement, and monitor improvements in environmental and safety processes.
  • Analyze, create, and review regulatory documentation and procedures related to your area of expertise.
  • Comply with and promote applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental Management regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Technical degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields, with an active CFT registration.
  • Intermediate knowledge of plant equipment and systems, as well as technical drawing and flowchart interpretation.
  • Advanced knowledge of operational procedures and occupational health and safety standards.
  • Basic knowledge of general maintenance procedures, methods, and techniques.
  • Intermediate-level experience with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
  • Valid Category B Driver’s License (mandatory).
  • Collaborative profile, with dedication, focus, and determination to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Preferred qualifications: Basic technical English and training in GE inverters, Soltec Trackers, or SCADA systems.
