Capgemini is partnering with Farmers to serve as Employer of Record for a data-focused SAP specialist. You will manage ETL processes, optimize SAP data flows, and support executive decision-making through accurate data insights.

The role emphasizes data integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with SAP S/4 Finance interfaces across a complex IT landscape.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of ETL experience in SAP environments.
• Proficiency with Informatica PowerCenter for data integration.

An SAP Data Specialist bridges the gap between raw data and business operations. They manage, extract, and interpret data within SAP environments to optimize performance, ensure data integrity, and support executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provides high level of expertise in the design and functionality of business applications
• Understands the business objectives and how best they can be supported by IT
• Responsible for the conceptual design of business applications
• Reviews and validates the technical design for business applications provided by the supplier
• Performs quality review checks on project deliverables
• Validates suppliers estimates
• Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components
• Reviews and validates the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Performs quality review checks on project deliverables
• Supports the implementation activities, troubleshooting system environmental issues, training as required
• Maintain, audit, and update system master data to ensure accuracy across cross-functional enterprise systems
• Investigate system anomalies, data drift, and data quality issues, implementing fixes to prevent operational disruptions
• Works directly with business stakeholders or requirements, performing testing and BAU support.

Requirements

• 5+ Working with ETL in an SAP environment
• Proficiency working with Informatica Power Center for Data Integration.
• Experience working with DB2
• Proficiency with interface data from many disparate systems into an SAP (S/4) Finance system.
• Deep proficiency in SQL
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and project management abilities
• Have supported an environment with Finance and Accounting data

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Snowflake integration
• Experience working with AWS GLUE
