Capgemini, partnered with Farmers operations via FBS - Farmer Business Services, seeks an LMS Administrator to manage learning systems and ensure data integrity. You will schedule activities, support users, and coordinate with stakeholders using approved tools.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, audits, and resolving system issues, with experience in Cornerstone OnDemand, ServiceNow, and Power Platform preferred. Flexible work arrangements allow remote or office-based work in Brazil.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of LMS or training support experience.
• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand or other LMS platforms.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and data integrity best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for system usage and issue resolution.
• Analyze and evaluate existing LMS processes; suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• System Management: Executes on a plan; schedules and administers learning and development system activities in concert with other stakeholders, using company approved tools
• Act as point of contact for system usage and conflict resolution.
• Analyzes and evaluates existing systems and procedures; recommending methods of improvement.
• Completes quality control audits and implements any corrective action.
• Communicates and support resolution of any system issues; notifies necessary personnel when system fails are identified.
• Accountable for accuracy of all learning system data entry activities.
• Trains other users as required Continuous Improvement: Identifies any continuous improvement opportunities in learning systems
• Executes any continuous improvement plans Communicates issues that affect other groups within the University so a comprehensive change plan can be developed.
• Organizational Success: Alert University leadership of any system issues that affect learners and internal staff, providing alternative solutions for remedy.
• Provide data and information to other groups as necessary.
• Participates in weekly team meetings Assist department head with monitoring and controlling of departmental expenses.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in LMS or training support areas
• Experience working with Cornerstone OnDemand LMS or any other LMS platform.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems like ServiceNow or similar
• Experience working with M365 and Power Platform tools

Nice to Have

• API Implementation experience
• Experience working with any Power Platform tool (Copilot Studio, PowerBI, Power Apps)
