Capgemini Brazil is seeking a data analytics professional to join a dynamic, cross‑functional team focused on analytics solutions for a major US insurer.

You will develop value‑based analytics, translate requirements into actionable insights, and help design enterprise data strategies including data marts and dashboards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with insurance or financial services is preferred.
• Experience creating data visualizations using Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Python for analytics and data modeling.
• Skilled in ad hoc analysis, data modeling, and applying machine learning techniques.
• Proficient in SQL and complex queries.
• Experience with scripting tools (batch, VBA for Excel).
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop moderately complex analytics solutions to support quality, business functionality, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
• Create clear, detailed documentation and business plans addressing stakeholder needs.
• Act as a liaison between IT and Product Management for data solutions.
• Design and implement data integration strategies using data marts and data warehouse applications.
• Continuously improve data platforms, dashboards, and reports to meet evolving business needs.
• Provide guidance on UAT, technical specs, strategic planning, and training with limited supervision.
• Apply understanding of financial services data and cloud storage to ensure compliance while supporting business needs.
• Manage data from multiple sources and complete moderately complex projects with strong PM skills.
• Ensure data quality, troubleshoot issues, and design creative solutions to prevent future problems.
