FBS - Farmer Business Services, part of Farmers Insurance operations, seeks an experienced analytics professional to gather, analyze, and synthesize data to address business challenges. You will apply advanced mathematical, statistical techniques and build models to draw actionable recommendations for efficiency and profitability.

The role requires strong communication skills and fluency in English, with a focus on presenting insights to senior leaders.

Qualificações

• 9 years of experience in statistical techniques and data analytics.
• Insurance experience PLUS, Banking/Financial industry can also be eligible.
• Full English Fluency.
• Strong experience with executive presentations to C-suite level audiences in analytics, business impact, statistical insights.
• Excellent communication skills, influence through insight and data, analytics drive.

This position provides critical decision support across the enterprise by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data to address business challenges. The role applies advanced or innovative mathematical, statistical, and quantitative techniques to draw conclusions and deliver actionable recommendations that drive efficiency, growth, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Interprets large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends then communicates findings to business partners and leadership to support informed decision‑making
• Leads discussions with cross‑functional business partners and teams to understand and collaborate on complex business objectives and coordinates with cross‑functional technical teams including IT, data scientists, data engineers and others to ensure data integrity and optimize data pipelines
• Identifies data quality issues and collaborates to resolve them, specialized reports
• Assists deployment and monitoring of complex‑to‑highly complex predictive models into workflows
• Leads the transformation of technical data insights into communications and presentations for non‑technical business partners and leadership to ensure data‑driven insights and recommended action plans are easily understandable
• Analyzes large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
• Leverages interactive data visualization tools and statistical techniques such as distribution analysis, correlation analysis, outlier detection, multivariate analysis, time series, machine learning, and others to uncover hidden insights
• Conducts comprehensive exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover opportunities including testing hypotheses and validating findings with business partners
• Develops and implements advanced or innovative mathematical, statistical, and quantitative techniques to solve medium‑to‑large scale business problems that significantly impact current and future business strategies
• Leads the creation of descriptive or explanatory models and oversees effective use of them
• Assesses data quality and data reliability efforts by managing data quality checks, implements data hygiene techniques to ensure accuracy and consistency

Requirements

• 9 years of experience required in similar role dealing with statistical techniques, distribution analysis, correlation analysis, outlier detection, multivariate analysis, time series, machine learning, and others to uncover hidden insights.
• Insurance Experience PLUS, Banking / Financial industry can also be eligible
• Full English Fluency
• Strong experience with executive presentations to C-suit level audiences in analytics, business impact, statistical insights (MUST)
• Excellent communication skills, influence through insight and data, analytics drive. (MUST)
