Join our team at Hospital São Bernardo as a Farmacêutico. We are a leading healthcare provider in São Bernardo do Campo, seeking a passionate and skilled professional to contribute to our oncology department.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze prescriptions for oncology patients, participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, and prepare antineoplastic therapies.
- Assist in selecting medications aligned with hospital care profiles, as determined by the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
- Manage planning, storage, and control of medications and health products.
- Identify and prevent adverse drug reactions, promote pharmacovigilance and technovigilance activities.
- Support the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy practices.
- Represent pharmacy in hospital committees.
- Prepare antineoplastic medications according to standard operating procedures.
- Review chemotherapy prescriptions prior to preparation.
- Provide pharmaceutical guidance and dispense medications in outpatient settings.
- Contribute to the creation, update, and dissemination of SOPs related to departmental activities.
- Generate and provide data for departmental indicators.
- Manage documentation processes for patient care and medication handling.
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of pharmacy equipment.
- Organize and maintain the sector's cleanliness and orderliness for inventory and safety compliance.
- Participate in sector inventories and emergency equipment checks.
- Comply with legal regulations regarding hospital activities and oncology medication handling.
- Monitor storage environment temperatures for medications and refrigerators.
Requirements:
- Complete higher education in Pharmacy.
- Active registration with CRF.
- Specialization or residency in oncology pharmacy or related fields.
- Proven experience in oncology pharmacy.
- Knowledge of Office Suite and specialized software.
- Authorization for preparing antineoplastic and other medications in oncology.
