Join Our Team as a Farmacêutico Júnior II - SP at Hospital São Bernardo

We are seeking a dedicated Farmacêutico Júnior II to join the Complexo de Saúde de São Bernardo do Campo, a leading healthcare provider. We value passionate professionals committed to excellence in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the technical analysis of medication prescriptions, intervening as necessary.
2. Provide technical support to pharmacy units across the complex, acting in a corporate capacity.
3. Conduct screening and verification of dispensed medications against prescriptions.
4. Perform fractionation and manipulation of oncological medications according to standard operating procedures.
5. Notify the Logistics Coordinator about the start of treatments that influence seasonal consumption patterns to prevent shortages and manage stock levels.
6. Rearrange products within the institution's network to eliminate losses.
7. Report to the Logistics Coordinator any changes in product consumption profiles, seasonalities, or destandardization of materials and medications.
8. Alert the Logistics Coordinator to irregularities in product delivery, such as damages, improper storage conditions, short expiry dates, or altered product characteristics.
9. Notify regulatory bodies (VISA, ANVISA) of any product irregularities.
10. Follow GRATEC's directives regarding standardization, substitution, or blocking of materials and medications.
11. Inform medical and nursing teams about items nearing expiration to minimize waste.

Requirements:

• Completed higher education in Pharmacy.
• Active Regional Council Registration (CRF).
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with specialized software relevant to pharmacy practice.
