What You Will Do

• Perform daily plant maintenance, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and all related functions on various industrial equipment.
• Set up and adjust machines to ensure proper operation.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Experience with boilers, ammonia, HVAC, and compressors required (training available if some experience is lacking).
• Broad understanding of industrial electrical systems (24V - 480V, 3-phase), mechanical, and building systems.
• Advanced machine skills, ability to troubleshoot machinery and systems.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, ultrasonic and predictive maintenance tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance, changeovers, and install motors, belts, drives, etc.
• Good understanding of computer programs and GMPs.
• Ability to read process flow and piping diagrams (PNID).
• Comfortable accessing roofs using ladders, man lifts, and scissor lifts.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Pass a respirator fit test.
