Location: Bethlehem, PA

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair machinery and systems for smooth operations and safety.
• Identify mechanical issues using observation and testing instruments.
• Perform preventive maintenance and fabricate repair parts.
• Document actions and communicate with team members.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment and contribute to team efforts.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting 3-phase motors, pneumatics, and working with HMI and PLC controls.

Qualifications and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience as a maintenance technician.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility for overtime; experience with SAP or CMMS systems is a plus.
