Job Summary
The AGCO Global Demand and Planning team has an exciting opportunity for a high-impact Global Demand & Planning Analyst to deliver outstanding results for our farmers.
This role involves organizing, analyzing, and making decisions in the inventory planning process for AGCO’s global parts distribution network. The Forecasting & Planning Specialist will focus on improving parts service fill rates across various brands and products sold by AGCO dealers. The role requires balancing fill rate targets with inventory objectives, and the ideal candidate should be analytically proficient and capable of deriving insights from diverse data sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Purchasing, Customer Care, and Logistics to optimize costs, inventory, and service levels.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, New Product Launch, Purchasing, and Procurement to ensure timely availability of new products for launches.
• Incorporate product knowledge, dealer profiles, seasonality, and regional conditions to enhance inventory planning.
• Lead continuous improvements in Forecast & Planning to enhance parts availability and service.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
• Manage and analyze data using Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.
