Job summary

NewPort seeks an experienced logistics professional with maritime shipping expertise to manage export processes from booking requests to shipment. You will prepare drafts, coordinate with shipowners, carriers and customers, and monitor each export stage until delivery.

The role requires knowledge of export documentation, house / master bills of lading, road transport, and strong English language skills. Brazilian labour law benefits apply.

Qualifications

Experience with export processes including documentation and customs clearance.
Ability to issue House bill of lading and master bill of lading.
Experience with road transport management.
Proficient with Office package (Intermediate/Advanced).
Intermediate/advanced English language.

Responsibilities

Handle booking requests via Intra and prepare drafts.
Follow up with shipowners, carriers and customers.
Monitor all export process stages until shipment.
