Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced capture managers to help train a next‑generation language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will lead RFI and RFP responses for public-sector opportunities, own the compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans, and deliver high-quality outputs across core workflows.

This role offers flexible, remote work with 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired). Start date ASAP.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced capture managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for capture managers with 5+ years responding to public-sector RFIs, RFPs, and solicitations for government contracts to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: RFI responses, solicitation compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, pricing volume submissions, capture plans, and proposal executive summaries.
