Job summary

Ethos, a network built by a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind team, is seeking experienced people partners to train its language model on HR documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

You’ll own the creation and refinement of job descriptions, offer letters, HR policies, performance-review templates, and related communications, working 5–20 hours per week remotely with ASAP start. Strong writing and document craftsmanship are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional.
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail in documents, spreadsheets, and slides.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated HR documents across core workflows.
• Develop offer letters, job descriptions, compensation rationale, and policy materials.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced people partners who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for people partners with 4+ years running HR processes and hiring pipelines to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: job descriptions and interview scorecards, offer letters and compensation rationale, HR policy and handbook drafting, performance-review templates, candidate-feedback and rejection communications, and headcount and compensation-band trackers.

Compensation: $70/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
