Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced directors of program management to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own and refine program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting while delivering high-quality artifacts for executives.

The role is fully remote with flexible, 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour with potential for additional hours if desired.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional initiatives with direct ownership of program charters and raid logs.
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that withstand executive scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Manage program charters, raid logs, capacity planning sheets, and steering committee decks.
• Ensure deliverables meet executive expectations and stakeholder needs.

We're looking for directors of program management with 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: program charter and scope documents, raid logs, resource capacity planning spreadsheets, steering committee status decks, milestone and dependency tracking spreadsheets, and stage-gate review packets.

Compensation:

$70/hour
