Qualificações

• Proficient in Figma with auto layouts, components, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of user experience, responsive layouts, and accessibility.

• Experience collaborating via Slack, ClickUp, and Google Workspace.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to help shape the visual and conversion-focused side of our digital ecosystem.

You’ll work across landing pages, product pages, email layouts, website experiences, and other conversion-focused assets for a variety of brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and strategic side of design—balancing aesthetics, usability, and performance.

We value people who communicate clearly, collaborate well, and take ownership of their work without ego. You don’t need to know everything, but you should be curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

We’re also big believers in using modern AI tools to improve workflows and reduce repetitive tasks, while still keeping the human side of design and storytelling intact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conversion-Focused Design – Design landing pages, product pages, email templates, and web experiences that are visually strong, easy to use, and optimized for performance.
• Prototyping & Wireframing – Create organized wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to help align internal teams and simplify execution.
• AI-Enhanced Workflows – Use modern AI tools to speed up research, ideation, layout exploration, and production workflows where appropriate.
• Collaboration & Communication – Stay connected with the team through clear updates, feedback loops, and documentation across our internal systems.
• UX/UI Consistency – Help maintain strong standards across hierarchy, responsiveness, accessibility, and CRO best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Figma Experience – Strong working knowledge of Figma, including auto‑layouts, components, variables, and design systems.
• UX/UI Understanding – Solid understanding of user experience principles, responsive layouts, conversion-focused design, and accessibility fundamentals.
• AI Tool Familiarity – Comfort using modern AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve workflow efficiency.
• Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Collaboration Tools – Comfortable working in platforms like Slack, ClickUp, and Google Workspace for day-to-day collaboration.

Your Toolkit

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Basic understanding of frontend development concepts (HTML/CSS)
• Familiarity with Shopify ecosystems
• Experience using AI image or asset generation tools
• Comfort working inside collaborative project management systems
• Experience using Claude's Design tool (Prototype, Slides, Document, Wireframe, Animation).
