What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Lead UI/Visual Designer who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and build high-converting, visually stunning websites. You’ll own web projects from idea to execution, working closely with founders, marketers, and our internal design team. If you’re a Framer expert, know how to design for impact, and care about both beauty and usability—we want you. This is a very hands‑on role!

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with clients to understand goals and translate them into compelling web experiences;
• Work closely with UI and branding to ensure cohesion across touchpoints;
• Guide the team to build landing pages, homepages, product pages, and more;
• Help evolve and maintain web design systems and components;
• Create ideas to optimize sites for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility;
• Stay on top of design trends and share what you learn with the team.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong English skills (you’ll be in calls with US clients);
• 10+ years of experience in Web Design/UI, especially for SaaS or tech;
• 3+ years managing teams;
• Killer portfolio with websites that show your visual and technical chops;
• Solid knowledge of Framer (must-have), Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop;
• A passion for sleek, clean, and functional design;
• Ability to manage your time and deadlines independently;
• UX background;
• Experience working with developers or low‑code tools like Webflow.
