The Role

• Communicate with vendors, assign new projects, and discuss delivery dates
• Clarify project requirements to translation teams
• Coordinate with clients regarding project issues or translator queries
• Ensure quality standards and adhere to client instructions

Ideal Profile

About You

• At least 3 years of project management experience in the translation industry
• Excellent English communication skills (ideally C1 level)
• Familiarity with CAT tools/TMS such as Phrase, memoQ, Trados, Crowdin, XTM, or Lokalise
• Based in Latin America or Eastern Europe
• Autonomous, proactive, and a good communicator open to feedback
• Results-oriented
