About the Role
We are hiring an Executive Operations Associate to work directly with the CEO and support the business's day‑to‑day operations.
This is not a traditional administrative role. This position is designed for someone who can:
- Execute at a high level

- Help bring structure to a growing company
You will play a key role in ensuring that internal operations run smoothly while gaining exposure to executive decision‑making and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and priorities
- Coordinate internal and external communications with professionalism and urgency
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for internal and client‑facing use
Operations & Coordination
- Act as a central point of communication between:
- Attorneys and clients
- Finance and administrative teams
- Future marketing and branding initiatives
- Internal linguistics/training teams
Internal Process & Execution
- Support recruiting processes and internal hiring coordination
- Create, update, and maintain training materials for the Sourcer Academy
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement process improvements
Team & Culture Support
- Plan and coordinate quarterly team outings and internal events
- Help maintain organization across files, systems, and internal documentation
- Support cross‑functional initiatives and ad‑hoc projects
Success in This Role Looks Like
- The CEO’s schedule and priorities are managed proactively, not reactively
- Communication across teams flows clearly and efficiently
- Presentations and materials are polished and require minimal revisions
- Vendors and logistics are handled without escalation
- Internal operations run smoothly without constant oversight
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting executives, founders, or senior leadership
- Experience in a startup or high‑growth environment
- Intermediate English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
- High attention to detail and problem‑solving capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment
