Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. in São Paulo, Brazil is offering a Marketing internship in LATAM. You will join the Marketing department and contribute to regional toolkit development and asset libraries.

You will support agencies in preparing marketing materials, help build dashboards and adoption reports, and assist in tracking OPEX expenses. The role also involves supporting Sales Training materials.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student from Business Administration, Marketing or Communication.
• Proactive and analytical skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook is required.
• Strong communication skills and organization/ attention to details.
• Ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development of toolkits and playbooks for the Regions: builds versions and maintains the regional playbooks, launch kits and assets libraries.
• Work with the agencies to support the preparation of and approvals of assets for various marketing materials (sell sheets, banners, videos, doctors´ one-pagers).
• Support the team in the development of dashboards, adoption reports and post-launch reviews.
• Support the team in the control of OPEX expenses, ensuring spending and accruals according to quarterly goals.
• Supports Sales Training on training decks preparation.
