THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Ops Intern to our Legal Ops team in São Paulo! Here, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects such as contract automation, document management, dashboard creation, and supporting governance processes.

YOUR IMPACT
  • Update contract templates in Salesforce.
  • Develop new templates in the system.
  • Manage and update documents in Content/Learning Management Systems and Intranet.
  • Oversee the organization and upkeep of files and content on these platforms.
  • Develop support materials for tools used by teams.
  • Administer training materials and sessions in control systems.
  • Prepare and clean data for report and dashboard creation.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards.
  • Set up and manage internal and external user access.
  • Create low-complexity reports for internal company departments.

WHO YOU ARE
  • 3rd or 4th year student in Information Systems, Business Administration, Law, Production Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, with an interest in working at the intersection of Operations and the legal world.
  • Must reside in São Paulo.
  • Availability to work 2 to 4 times per month at the office located in Berrini, São Paulo.
  • Availability to work from 9AM to 4PM or 10AM to 5PM.
  • Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Creativity and curiosity are essential traits for any Operations role.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive individual with a quick learning ability.
  • Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
  • Advanced English.
  • Knowledge in Excel for data manipulation and report generation is a plus.
