A Human Resources Training Officer is responsible for organising, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance staff experience, while supporting management with policies and procedures.

What will I be doing?

As a Human Resources Training Officer, your responsibilities include:

• Supporting and advising managers on policies and procedures
• Supporting departmental training requirements
• Organising, delivering, and evaluating training programs
• Managing succession planning during bi-annual appraisals
• Handling employee relations issues confidentially
• Monitoring absences according to guidelines
• Maintaining personnel and payroll systems, along with monthly reports
• Overseeing recruitment, selection, and immigration checks
• Ensuring training on security, fire, and health & safety regulations
• Organising team social events
• Collaborating with local organizations and schools to promote hospitality
• Promoting staff benefits
• Addressing team member and management queries

• Has previous HR officer experience or similar
• Possesses a positive attitude
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills

Additional advantageous qualities include:
