Job Purpose

As a Senior Regulatory Specialist, you will provide expert regulatory support to ensure product compliance with global regulations and industry standards. Your role involves regulatory information to both internal and external customers, offering innovative solutions to address regulatory challenges. You will collaborate with internal and external customers, providing consultation on the development of ingredients and finished products, while staying abreast of latest regulatory trends. You will create customized reports, and lead projects to meet evolving regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will work with cross-functional teams to facilitate compliance and support product development. This position is ideal for individuals with technical experience who are committed to driving regulatory excellence and fostering client relationships.

Your Title:

Senior Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

1. Provide advanced regulatory support to internal and external customers, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and corporate guidelines.
2. Serve as the primary point of client facing, fostering strong relationships with customers' regulatory contacts to ensure a positive and seamless client experience and facilitate business collaboration.
3. Respond to regulatory requests and acquire information to determine product compliance.
4. Develop a detailed understanding of applicable regulations and ensure product submissions follow customer, global, and industry standards.
5. Create customized reports and conduct regulatory impact assessments to inform clients and stakeholders of compliance status and potential risks.
6. Communicate regulatory information clearly and effectively to internal and external customers.
7. Offer innovative solutions to address regulatory challenges, helping clients navigate complex compliance landscapes.
8. Monitor latest legislative issues, and implement action plans.
9. Provide technical feedback to help creative teams meet regulatory requirements and offer regulatory consultation to develop organic and chemical ingredients and finished compounds.
10. Provide training, and support team development.

Your Professional Profile Includes:

1. A university degree in a scientific field, with a preferred advanced degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Toxicology, or related disciplines.
2. 3–5 years of regulatory and industry experience.
3. Proficiency in English and local language, with MS Office skills.
4. Knowledge of industry and customer regulatory requirements, including technical criteria and specifications.
5. Broad expertise in regulatory registration, approval processes, and formula creation procedures.
