Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Product Specialist roles, preferably with digital products involving AI.
• Practical understanding of AI and ML concepts, including predictive models, NLP, automation, capabilities, limitations, and trade-offs.
• Experience or strong knowledge of the healthcare sector, such as healthtechs, hospitals, healthcare operators, or related industries.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory environments, data privacy requirements, and compliance practices.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical audiences.
