Jobgether in Brazil is seeking an Enablement Specialist II to lead the enablement strategy supporting frontline Customer Success, Setup, and Activation teams. You will design learning experiences, practical resources, and communication strategies to help teams adopt products and processes effectively.

A key part of the role is translating product updates into clear, actionable guidance for operational teams.

• Act as central point for product updates, translating changes into actionable guidance for frontline teams.
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of tools and training, using data to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and leadership to align product evolution with frontline execution.

This role leads the Enablement strategy supporting frontline Customer Success, Setup, and Activation teams.

You will design learning experiences, practical resources, and communication strategies that help teams adopt products and processes effectively.

A key part of the position is translating product updates into clear, actionable guidance for operational teams.

You will also coordinate enablement initiatives around major industry events, webinars, and strategic actions.

The role combines training, content development, stakeholder management, and performance analysis.

Success will be measured through training adoption, productivity improvements, and the operational impact of enablement initiatives.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and leadership in a collaborative, technology-oriented environment.

Accountabilities

• Lead continuous training and enablement initiatives for Customer Success, Setup, and Activation teams, including product education and strategic preparation for major events such as industry conferences, webinars, and sector initiatives.

• Develop, organize, and continuously update practical support materials, including playbooks, operational guides, quick-reference resources, and sales or customer-facing pitches.

• Act as a central communication point for product updates and launches, translating complex changes into clear explanations of their operational impact on frontline teams.

• Monitor the adoption and effectiveness of tools, training programs, and enablement initiatives, using performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Measure the impact of enablement activities on productivity and operational outcomes across Customer Success, Setup, and Activation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, particularly Product, Operations, and leadership teams, to ensure alignment between product evolution and frontline execution.

• Support the continuous improvement of enablement processes, content, training formats, and performance measurement practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience structuring and executing Enablement, Training & Development, or Operations initiatives for operational teams in Customer Success, Setup, Onboarding, Activation, or similar functions.

• Strong internal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product updates into clear, practical, and engaging learning materials.

• Experience creating structured resources such as playbooks, operational guides, quick-reference materials, and pitches.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor training adoption and evaluate the impact of enablement initiatives on frontline performance.

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, particularly when working across Product, Operations, and leadership teams.

• Experience in the technology sector, particularly EdTech, SaaS, or B2B environments, is a plus.

• Familiarity with large industry events, such as Bett Brasil, is desirable.

• Experience defining or monitoring operational KPIs for Customer Success or Setup teams, such as Time-to-Value, Activation SLA, Churn, or NPS, is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously.
