Solventum Brazil seeks a Junior Supply Chain Planner to support production scheduling, demand alignment, and inventory control in a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will maintain data in BPCS/ERP, assist in MRP and bottleneck analysis, collaborate with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and logistics, and help ensure GMP compliance. Onsite in Jarinu/SP with up to 20% travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Engineering, Business Admin, Logistics, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of production planning or supply chain.
• Basic knowledge of Excel for data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily and weekly production scheduling aligned with demand and capacity constraints.
• Assist in creating and updating production plans (short and mid-term planning).
• Monitor production adherence vs plan and support corrective actions.
• Support inventory control of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Assist in material requirement planning (MRP) and follow-up on critical items.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and procurement teams.
• Support capacity analysis and identification of production bottlenecks.
• Generate and analyze KPIs (service level, adherence, inventory levels).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes.
• Maintain production planning data in BPCS / ERP systems ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist in documentation and processes aligned with GMP requirements.
• Support audit readiness activities by ensuring proper records and traceability.

Support production planning and scheduling activities to ensure efficient manufacturing operations, material availability, and service level adherence. Contribute to the alignment between demand, production capacity, and inventory management in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
• Basic knowledge of production planning or supply chain;
• Basic knowledge of Excel for data analysis;

Additional Requirements

• Initial experience or internship in production planning, supply chain, or logistics;
• Basic knowledge of BPCS (PP/MM) or other ERP systems;
• Basic understanding of MRP, demand planning, and inventory control;
• Analytical ability to handle data and identify variances;
• Organization and ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Good communication skills to interface with operational areas;
• Basic knowledge of regulated environments, preferably pharmaceutical, medical devices, or food industries;
• Understanding of processes and documentation with a focus on traceability;
