Globant is seeking a Data Engineer Mid Level to design and build scalable data solutions, analytics dashboards, and governance across digital initiatives. You will work with a diverse team to deliver robust pipelines and insights that empower business decisions.

The role requires strong programming skills (Python, C#, or Java), hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, and Power BI, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business rules into data

Qualificações

• Solid experience in designing, modeling, and delivering analytics dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Strong OOP programming fundamentals in Python, C#, or Java for scalable data pipelines.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, or Azure SQL and Power BI integration.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipeline design and data architecture patterns.
• Experience implementing data quality metrics, data lineage, and governance.
• Familiarity with end-to-end data architectures and state management.
• Ability to translate commercial rules into efficient data models.
• Proven leadership and communication to drive initiatives with stakeholders.

We are looking for a Data Engineer Mid Level who brings a strong engineering background, solid programming principles, and expertise in data ecosystems to build scalable, high-performance data solutions.

What will help you succeed:

• Power BI & Data Modeling: Solid hands-on experience designing, modeling, and delivering advanced analytics dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Programming & OOP Fundamentals: Strong skills in Object-Oriented Programming (Python, C#, or Java) for building scalable data pipelines, automation, and backend routines.
• Microsoft & Azure Data Ecosystem: Practical experience working with Azure Data Stack (such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, or Azure SQL) and integrating Azure services with Power BI.
• Data Engineering & Processes: Solid understanding of ETL/ELT pipeline design, data architecture patterns, data orchestration, and process optimization.
• Data Quality & Governance: Experience implementing data quality metrics, tracking data lineage, and ensuring data standardization and governance across pipelines.
• State Management & Architecture: Familiarity with state management in data processing workflows and designing robust, end-to-end data architectures.
• Business Acumen (Commercial Excellence): Ability to translate business rules and metrics (especially in commercial and sales environments) into efficient data models.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong ownership, autonomy to lead technical discussions with stakeholders, and capability to drive initiatives beyond basic task execution.
