About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, mission-aligned Enterprise Account Executive to lead growth in the Brazilian market. This strategic, full-cycle sales role is key to advancing our go-to-market. This role is key to advancing our go-to-market efforts in LATAM, with a focus on delivering value to enterprise customers ready to scale their climate action.

As our Brazil-based sales lead, you’ll be instrumental in building strong customer relationships, driving recurring revenue, and enabling SINAI’s solutions to empower climate leaders to succeed. You’ll work cross-functionally with our Climate Experience, Marketing, and Product teams to craft high-impact engagement strategies tailored to the unique sustainability landscape in Brazil.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to win new enterprise logos and expand existing accounts across LATAM and Brazil
  • Prospect and build a qualified pipeline through outbound strategies, leveraging your existing network and market expertise
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to demos, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and closing
  • Partner with the Climate Experience team to identify upsell opportunities and ensure long-term client success
  • Collaborate with Marketing to tailor campaigns and messaging to regional and industry-specific buyer needs
  • Stay on top of market trends in climate policy, sustainability regulation, and ESG reporting frameworks relevant to Brazil and LATAM
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them through complex buying processes and decision-making
  • Provide market feedback to Product and GTM teams to help shape product development and messaging
  • Represent SINAI at key sustainability events, roundtables, and industry forums within Brazil

Who You Are

  • A self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-growth, consultative SaaS or climate tech environments
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Deeply knowledgeable about Brazil’s sustainability ecosystem - including ESG frameworks, regulatory trends, and carbon markets
  • Confident engaging VP and C-level stakeholders across sustainability, finance, operations, and strategy
  • Skilled in solution selling, with the ability to align complex enterprise needs with high-impact climate tech solutions
  • Experienced in managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and building consensus within buying committees
  • Comfortable working independently and owning a territory, with experience building outbound strategies and GTM plans from scratch
  • Proactive in generating pipeline and managing opportunities, with strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline
  • Naturally curious, and motivated by the opportunity to help companies lead the transition to a low-carbon economy

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally with a SaaS platform or data-driven solution
  • 2+ years of experience selling into the sustainability, ESG, or climate tech space
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, closing new business, and expanding existing accounts
  • Prior experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups preferred
  • Based in Brazil, with existing relationships in the climate and ESG ecosystem

Salary $40-60K USD Base Salary + Commission

The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
