Job Description: Magic Ears is seeking passionate and enthusiastic English teachers to join its team of dedicated professionals. The role involves delivering fun and effective lessons to young learners through a state-of-the-art virtual classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1-on-1 or small group English classes for students aged 4-12
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons based on provided materials
• Encourage active participation and monitor student progress
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents after each class
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required

Requirements:

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor's degree or higher (Education-related field preferred)
• Teaching certification (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA) is a plus
• Prior teaching experience with young learners is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet teaching environment
