1. Teacher Management Services

The full recruitment, management and development of online teachers on behalf of client schools/companies.

Our managed teachers either work from home or from our teaching centres.

2.Certifications & Training

We offer a fully accredited TEFL certification, which was developed specifically for the online teaching industry.

Additional courses focused on improving online teaching performance and leadership are available for all of our teachers in the Inspire Academy.

The Role

Are you a fluent Spanish or Portuguese speaker looking to fill your days with meaningful online teaching?

Introduction:

• Flexible hours:Teach part-time with a minimum of 10 hours/week, including peak hours (6 PM - 1 AM ET). Perfect for filling your days or evenings.

Position Details:

• Start Date:Immediate.
• Rate:$8 USD per hour.
• Contract Type:Independent Service Provider.

Ideal Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

• Native English speaker fluent in conversational Spanish or Portuguese.
• 1+ year of online English teaching experience.
• Accredited 120-hour+ TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification.
• Familiarity with CEFR and ESL assessments.
• Highly computer literate with excellent communication skills.
• Clean criminal record.

Tech Requirements:

• PC:Intel Core i5 CPU @2.40GHz (4 CPUs) or better, 8GB RAM or greater.
• Internet:Stable fiber connection (20 Mbps upload/download) via LAN cable.
• Backup Power:UPS with 4-5 hours battery life (if in an area with power interruptions).
• Equipment:Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam (720p),and a quiet, well-lit teaching space.
