Job summary

JAKSON Group is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to manage incoming material inspection and QA for electrical bought-out components and supplier parts. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with quality standards, performing root cause analysis, and implementing CAPA.

You will coordinate with suppliers, procurement, production, and engineering to drive quality improvements, maintain rejection trends, lead containment actions, and support product audits and localization from a quality

Qualifications

• Experience in incoming inspection and QA for electrical components.
• Proficient in root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Familiar with quality tools: 7 QC Tools, RCA, FMEA, VPPAP.
• Strong communication with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SAP, quality documentation and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming material inspection and QA for electrical components.

• Support new product development and localization activities from the quality perspective.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and process requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, production, and engineering teams for quality improvements.
• Maintain and monitor rejection trends, Electrical assembly performance, and quality documentation.
• Lead containment actions for non-conforming materials and ensure timely closure.
• Work on product audits, process validations, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective implementation of quality systems and adherence to plant quality procedures.
• Generate and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and MIS through SAP.
• Support new product development and localization activities from the quality perspective.

Work Experience

• Strong knowledge of AMF Control panel & Terminal box manufacturing processes.
• Good communication skills as involve with supplier for analysis inhouse & customer defects
• Technical sound in electrical connections
• Good understanding of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, CAPA, RCA, FMEA, and VPPAP.
• Knowledge of Panel components and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
