TechnipFMC in Rio de Janeiro seeks a senior professional to lead the development of low-complexity commercial proposals for Subsea SPS subsystems. You will align execution strategy, costs, schedules, risks, and opportunities with the company’s objectives while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

This global role requires strong tender management, project planning, and a Lean mindset. Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SAP, MS Project or Primavera is highly valued, along with CREA registration

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering; CREA registration required.
• Proficient in tender coordination and proposal management; strong execution planning skills.
• Experience with cost estimation, risk/opportunity assessment, and handover to execution teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP; familiarity with MS Project/Primavera.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global REMS teams in preparing and delivering low-complexity commercial proposals for Subsea SPS subsystems.
• Develop proposal execution strategies considering schedules, costs, benchmarks, and client requirements.
• Coordinate identification and assessment of qualifications, exceptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage handover to REMS execution teams after contract award and support project startup.
• Develop a strong understanding of products, clients, and the supply chain to align proposals with company strategy.
• Propose Lean process improvements and lead training and change initiatives across the tendering team.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Planning teams to influence stakeholders.

Lead the development of low-complexity commercial proposals for SPS subsystems, ensuring alignment among execution strategy, costs, schedule, risks, opportunities, and TechnipFMC’s business objectives.

Job Description

• Proposal coordination: Lead global and cross-functional REMS teams in preparing and delivering low-complexity commercial proposals for Subsea SPS subsystems.
• Execution strategy: Develop proposal execution strategies and plans, considering schedules, costs, benchmarks, and client requirements.
• Risks and opportunities: Coordinate the identification and assessment of qualifications, exceptions, risks, and opportunities associated with proposals.
• Project handover: Manage the handover to REMS execution teams following contract award, supporting the successful startup of projects.
• Business understanding: Develop a strong understanding of products, clients, and the supply chain to provide competitive proposals aligned with TechnipFMC’s strategy and objectives.
• Continuous improvement: Propose and lead process improvement actions, training activities, and change initiatives across the global tendering team, applying a Lean mindset.
• Global collaboration: Collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Planning teams, presenting recommendations and influencing stakeholders in face-to-face and virtual environments.

You are meant for this job if:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.

Active CREA registration.

• Knowledge of tender coordination and proposal management.
• Knowledge of project execution planning and schedule development.
• Understanding of cost estimation, qualifications, exceptions, risks, and opportunities related to commercial proposals.
• Familiarity with project handover activities and collaboration with execution teams.
• Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Knowledge of schedule development using MS Project or Primavera.
• Project management certification such as PMI, APM, or PRINCE is considered a plus.
