MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE LTD seeks a Data Analytics Engineer to apply modeling, analytics, and ML to optimize complex manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with teams, handle data pipelines, implement AI-enabled tools, and communicate progress to stakeholders while upholding company standards.

Candidates with degrees in analytics and programming experience in cloud platforms are encouraged to apply.

Qualificações

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Proficiency in C#/Python/SQL.
• Experience with data analytics and ML is a plus.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Operation and Scheduling Optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Use knowledge of modeling, operation research, data analytics, machine learning and web application to Improve complex manufacturing operation efficiency and capabilities.

• Communicate effectively on approach and methodology in developing analytics, reporting solution and scheduling optimization.

• Demonstrate sound project management skills in requirement gathering, resource estimation, time management, stakeholders' engagement and deliverables deliveries.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders both internally and externally.

• Participate in multi-area focus teams to improve complex constraint in manufacturing operation

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present project/approach/data in meetings with varying level of stakeholders.

• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment andcompliant withorganizational standards and legal requirements.

• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement byidentifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

Requirements:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science and Analytics, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Statistics or related field of study.

• Proficiency in basic programming skills preferably C#/Python/SQL and experience in cloud-based infrastructure such as GCP/AWS/Azure.

• Knowledge and experience in data analytics, business intelligence and machine learning is a plus.

• Knowledge and experience in Manufacturing Operation, Scheduling Optimization, Capacity/Cycle Time Modelling is a plus.

• Highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment.

• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels

• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron

• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency androle-appropriate AI-Literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.
