Partner Company in Brazil seeks a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer to design, develop, and evolve scalable Salesforce solutions. You will lead initiatives, design integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events, and mentor the team in a fast-paced agile environment.

Fully remote role with emphasis on security, performance, and governance. You will translate business requirements into maintainable Salesforce designs and contribute to architectural decisions while upholding coding standards

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IS/CE or related field.
• Solid experience building Salesforce solutions, preferably in large enterprises.
• Experience with enterprise projects and business-critical apps.
• Experience with agile methodologies, Kanban preferred.
• Advanced Salesforce Apex knowledge and hands-on with LWC and Aura.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and synchronous/asynchronous integrations.
• Knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to mentor and lead technical discussions and code reviews.

As a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and evolve scalable solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.
The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, architecture, and continuous improvement of development practices.
You will work on complex initiatives, translating business requirements into secure, sustainable, and high-performance solutions.
The position involves building integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, platform events, and asynchronous mechanisms.
You will also contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, governance, and the adoption of engineering best practices.
As a technical reference for the team, you will mentor other developers and contribute to architectural and strategic decisions.
This is a fully remote opportunity in a collaborative, agile environment focused on critical business applications and high-scale technology.

Accountabilities:

• Develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce capabilities.
• Participate in the architecture and technical design of new features and solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for medium- and high-complexity initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Conduct code reviews and promote development standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues in production environments, supporting the stability and evolution of critical applications.
• Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and synchronous or asynchronous mechanisms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for security, performance, governance, and data management.
• Support the technical growth of the development team through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, practices, quality standards, and delivery approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid professional experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform, preferably in large-scale corporate environments.
• Experience working on enterprise projects and supporting or evolving business-critical applications.
• Experience with agile methodologies, preferably Kanban.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Apex.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and maintenance of Aura Components.
• Knowledge of Flows, Process Automation, and Approval Processes.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with both synchronous and asynchronous integrations and Salesforce Platform Events.
• Experience with Batch Apex, Queueable, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Knowledge of Git and source-code version control.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and development workflows.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and platform architecture.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and the platform Security Model.
• Knowledge of Design Patterns applied to the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with test-driven development practices and software quality assurance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus, particularly Salesforce Application Architect certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Shield, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud is desirable.
• Knowledge of Agentforce and Salesforce artificial intelligence capabilities is an advantage.
• Experience in high-volume corporate environments and Salesforce DevOps practices is a plus.
• Previous experience acting as a technical reference, contributing to architecture discussions and strategic Salesforce decisions, is desirable.
