Responsibilities and duties:

1. Supervise and monitor commercial services in the field, such as new connections, disconnections, reconnections, inspections, and guidance for interconnections.
2. Identify, propose, and implement corrective actions to improve commercial indicators.
3. Conduct technical and commercial visits to address specific customer demands.
4. Oversee and control the execution of outsourced services, ensuring compliance with contracts and deadlines.
5. Support campaigns to reduce delinquency by executing collection visits and negotiations in the field, following commercial guidelines.
6. Assist in measurement processes, checking hydrometer conditions, and advising on adjustments and replacements when necessary.
7. Ensure proper application of internal operational procedures and standards.
8. Collaborate with other company departments to align actions and integrated solutions.
9. Consolidate performance information from field activities and report results to commercial management.
