Maritime Operations Lead

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of USV regulations, ISM Code familiarity, and seafarer qualification standards. As a seasoned maritime professional, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with national and international maritime regulations, managing certifications, approvals, and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operational team in ensuring the state-of-the-art USV fleet remains operational, reliable, and cost-effective.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure cost efficiency, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams to maintain high operational standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in maritime operations.
• Practical experience at sea, ideally as a qualified seafarer (STCW II/3).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
